Appointments
Appointments are required for spa services. However, walk-ins are welcome, and we will do our best to accommodate you. To secure your appointment a credit card number is required ath the time of booking. For spa therapies, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments and full value will be charged
Cancellation Policy
For everyone's convenience a minimum notice of 24 hours is required for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. A 48-hour notice is required for any spa package, multiple service visit or large party. If we do not receive the necessary notice, your account will be charged. We sincerely appreciate your consideration in honoring our cancellation policy.
Payment
The E Spa accepts cash, Visa and Mastercard. Tipping is left to the discretion of our guests. For your convenience, envelopes are provided at the front desk.
Attire and Facilities
Robes and slippers are provided for your spa service. The E Spa offers changing rooms for your convenience. As we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items, please avoid bringing valuables with you. Use of whirlpool tub and steam room are available to our guests at a cost of $25/25 minutes plus the cost of services.

Our gift cards are an ideal gift for any occasion. Please inquire at the front desk and we'll be happy to assist you.
